- We pack your candles with care, but if something’s not right, send a photo to hello@wickzen.com—we’ll sort a replacement or refund.
- Change of mind? We don’t offer refunds, but we’re happy to exchange your candle for another scent once returned.
- Contact us within 14 days, return candles unused and at your own cost.
- Exchanges accepted only if product & packaging are undamaged.
